Aida’s driving philosophy is to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals without having to navigate complicated dietary restrictions. She truly believes that food is meant to be enjoyable and nourishing. Aida is passionate about food and fitness. Some of her interests include baking, cooking, running races from 5 K’s to half marathons, yoga, taking in the sun at the beach and travelling.
To achieve a balanced relationship with food, you eat what’s mostly good for you and also what makes you feel good. When you can achieve this balance, not only will you feel less guilt about what you eat, but you will feel more energized and satisfied.
